The location was very central, close TO museums and public transport. The staff was kind and helpful when I needed assistance. My room had a garden view, and I enjoyed looking at the greenery.
The BREAKFAST selection was limited. I wished for more variety. The room felt quite small, so space for luggage was tight. I found the internet connection unreliable at times, this was annoying.

the location was excellent, charmed me. i could easily walk to museums. the hologram check-in was cool, it felt quite modern. a lovely terrace provided a cozy space to relax.

The location worked well. It was a safe quiet area, a good surprise. I could walk to shops, museums, and the tram. It proved very convenient.
My room and the bathroom WERE very small. It was a little disappointing. The window hinge was broken. It was difficult to open or close.

The hotel staff was amazing and very helpful! They were very polite with all the guests. My room was close to the city center and Leidseplein, with its restaurants and shops. The room and neighborhood were very quiet. I really enjoyed the calm environment.
The room I had was too small for a double bed, so moving around the bed was difficult. There were no sheer curtains at the window. I could not open the curtains, as people lived directly across the street.
